Shannon O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shannon started their career in 2003 as a Loan Processor at PHH Mortgage, where they guided clients through the home financing process and provided support. In 2005, they joined CSI Search as a Senior Recruiter, excelling in canvassing, cold calling, and recruiting skilled job candidates. In 2006, Shannon became a Senior Operations Manager at OPTIGEN INC, where they directed and coordinated operations, generated significant revenue, and coached employees on various aspects of customer service. In 2019, Shannon joined Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. as a Senior Customer Service Manager and later became the Director of Sales Support. Shannon'sresponsibilities included improving customer service processes, leading and managing a team, setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing coaching and training.
Shannon O'Donnell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Flagler College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Shannon also holds an additional certification in Effective Organizational Communication from Harvard University.
