Kelly is an Advisor for Treacy & Company, specializing in qualitative and ethnographic methods. Kelly has over 15 years of research and insights experience working across market research, human-centered design, and innovation. She applies her work to various industries, with expertise in foodservice and adjacent spaces, including retail, CPG, and travel and leisure. She strives to create true ‘win-wins’ by connecting the dots between business objectives and user needs, advocating for and bringing customers to life to design improved products, services, and experiences.
Prior to becoming an Advisor, Kelly worked as a Manager at Doblin, a design research and innovation studio within Deloitte Consulting. She led teams to develop, design, and test products and services using a human-centered approach. Prior to joining Doblin, she spent 10+ years at a leading foodservice research and consulting firm, where she directed the organization’s consumer insights and syndicated consumer research teams and was a featured speaker at industry conferences and events.
