Geoffrey Pedder

Geoffrey Pedder has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Since December 2021, they have been working as the Director of Sales at Tread Labs, where they are responsible for developing a strategic plan for wholesale and managing the sales process with key accounts. Prior to their current role, Geoffrey founded and served as the Managing Partner of ZēLUS Beer Company from January 2015. In this position, they oversaw business planning and product development, managed partner relations, and led marketing and design departments. From February 2019 to October 2019, Geoffrey worked as the Director of Merchandising and Product Development at The Territory Ahead, where they directed product development and merchandising for various apparel categories. Additionally, they have experience as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing at Clarks, where they led the Global Outdoor business unit and increased margins through intelligent product building and negotiation. Geoffrey's earlier work experience includes a role as a Financial and Marketing Analyst at Robert Dyas from May 2001 to December 2002.
