Ryan Dietz has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare and biotechnology industries. In 2001, they began their career as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Attorney General, where they investigated claims related to licensed professionals in the health care industry. In 2002, they joined the Immune Disease Institute | Affiliate of Harvard Medical as a Director, where they managed all aspects of the Office of Technology Development. In 2012, they moved to Boston Children's Hospital as a Senior Licensing Manager, Technology and Innovation Development Office, where they managed two of the hospital's largest research programs. In 2019, they established RD Consultancy as a Consultant. Most recently, in 2020, they joined TIO Bioventures as a Partner and Treadwell Therapeutics, Inc. as the Vice President Corporate Development.
Ryan Dietz attended Suffolk University Law School from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained their JD in Intellectual Property and Licensing. In 2003, they attended Boston University for Biotechnology, but did not receive a degree. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
