Emma Velez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in housing, real estate, and local governance. Currently serving as the Housing Project Coordinator for St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners since March 2012, Emma also works as a Realtor for Atlantic Shores Realty Expertise since January 2017, following a previous role as a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Village Clerk for the Village of Haverstraw from July 1997 to December 2008. Emma holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Government Law from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Dominican University New York.
