James Shoung

James Shoung is a User Support Specialist at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. Previously, James worked as a Recruiting Operations at Pinwheel and as a Research Analyst at Nevada Institute for Children's Research and Policy. James also has experience as a Social Work Practicum Student at Dr. Bomer and Associates of Southern Nevada and as an Office Assistant at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. James holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
