Nic Schach

Nic Schach has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Technical Services Analyst at Scentsy, Inc. since September 2013, after previously holding the role of IT Help Desk Analyst. Prior to this, Nic worked at Idaho Pizza Co. as a Delivery Driver, providing customer service and team support from October 2008 to August 2013. Experience also includes serving as a Service Desk Analyst at EDS/NMCI, where support was provided to Naval personnel through technical troubleshooting, and as a Delivery/Warehouse Supervisor at Norwalk Service Center, overseeing furniture deliveries and performing administrative duties. Nic holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Information Systems from Axia College/University of Phoenix.
