Luca Rassenti

Luca Rassenti has extensive experience in quantitative investment and investment management. Luca currently holds the role of Director of Quantitative Investment at Treasure Financial since 2021. Prior to this, Luca worked as an Investment Officer at Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System from 2020 to 2021 and as the Director of Investments at the New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association from 2019 to 2020. Before entering the public sector, Luca was a Senior Investment Strategist at Koch, where they played a crucial role in solving asset allocation problems for a $10 billion portfolio. Luca worked at Koch from 2012 to 2019. Additionally, Luca has held positions in business development, financial research analysis, and consulting at various companies including Heliae, Word of Photo, London Private Equity Futures and Options Exchange (PEFOX), and Accenture.

Luca Rassenti has an educational background in Global Management, Finance, and Systems Engineering. Luca has obtained an MBA degree in both Global Management and Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and HEC Paris, respectively. Additionally, Luca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona.
