Raphael Mwangobola is a highly experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in the mining industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at NexGold Mining Corp., Raphael is instrumental in the NI43-101 Feasibility Study for the Goliath Gold Complex. Previously held positions include Project Director and Resident Engineer at Rambler Metals & Mining, where responsibilities encompassed strategic asset management of mining operations, as well as project management roles at Shanta Gold Limited and Marikana Platinum Mines. Significant engineering expertise was developed during tenures as a Mechanical Engineer at Zimplats and various engineering management roles at Anglo American. Academically, Raphael holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gifu University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Nottingham Trent University.
