Amber Wallace

Amber Wallace, CISSP, MBA, PMP®, currently serves as the Cyber Security and Risk Manager for Johnson County, KS Government, overseeing the county's cybersecurity initiatives and policy development since October 2022. Previously, Amber was the Senior Information Technology Manager at Tallgrass Technologies, where management of IT operations and the Managed IT Services division was a primary focus from October 2019 to October 2022. Earlier roles include IT Manager and various positions at Spectrum, where supervision of IT support teams and network administration across multiple states was key. Amber also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Johnson County Community College. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
