Kayla Holloway

Kayla Holloway, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ODCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Johnson County, KS Government, providing executive leadership in Human Resources, Organization Development, and DEIB strategy. Previously, Kayla held various roles at Central Bank, including SVP, HR/Development Director, where responsibilities encompassed coaching HR teams, fostering a culture of engagement, leading corporate communications, and managing talent development initiatives through strategic growth transitions. Additional experience includes positions as VP, Human Resources Director, Training and Development Lead, and Human Resources Generalist at Central Bank, as well as HR Generalist roles at Pizza Hut International and early career work in accounting. Kayla earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Wichita State University.
