Russell Buchanan is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in library and information science, journalism, and teaching. Currently serving as the Education and Event Coordinator for Johnson County, KS Government since October 2024, Russell previously held roles at Literacy KC as the Assessment and Compliance Coordinator and Test Proctor. Russell's experience includes serving as a Library Media Specialist at Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools, where responsibilities involved lesson delivery and library management for elementary students.
