Thomas Marsh currently serves as the Director of the Law Library for Johnson County, KS Government since October 2016. Previously, Thomas held roles as a Research Analyst at Dentons from 1999 to 2016 and as a Reference Librarian and Information Analyst at Shook, Hardy & Bacon from 1994 to 1999. Thomas began an academic career as an Assistant Professor of English and American History at the University of Tirana in Albania through the U.S. Peace Corps from 1992 to 1994. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Arts in European History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in English from Kansas State University. Education was also complemented by early grounding at Rockhurst High School.
