Allie Pittenger currently serves as the Strategic Inventory Project Manager at Treasury Wine Estates, leading cross-functional teams on over 30 strategic projects aimed at optimizing inventory for luxury wine brands and managing bulk wine oversurpluses. Notable achievements include spearheading the Wine Tiger project, effectively mitigating excess inventory by 315,000+ cases and developing best practice processes for surplus clearance adopted by multiple regions. Previously, as the New Product Development Manager, Allie successfully managed 25+ projects, delivering significant innovations and product lines. Co-founding Sonoma Sable, LLC, involved launching artisan cheese sable crackers, while earlier experience as a Culinary Project Manager at Cup4Cup and Chef De Partie at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group provided a strong foundation in product development and culinary operations. Allie holds a B.S. in Food Science from the University of California, Davis, and completed the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program at the Culinary Institute of America- Greystone.
