Ben Duemler

Ben Duemler is an experienced finance leader currently serving as CFO for the Americas at Treasury Wine Estates since May 2019. Previously, Ben held several key positions at Constellation Brands, including Vice President of Commercial Finance, where responsibilities encompassed support for various divisions within a $4 billion Wine & Spirits division, overseeing a large team, and implementing strategic financial frameworks. Other roles at Constellation included Vice President of Finance for the International division and Vice President of Operations Finance, contributing to growth strategies across multiple global markets. Prior to working at Constellation, Ben served as Senior Manager of Finance at Dey, L.P. and Corporate Controller at Advanced Energy Inc., where achievements included leading financial analysis and planning. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University and completed an executive education program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
