Janelle Lilley-Gawne

Janelle Lilley-Gawne possesses extensive experience in customer service management and business systems, currently serving as Head of Global Order To Bill at Treasury Wine Estates since January 2014. Previous roles at Treasury Wine Estates include Business Systems Manager and Customer Service Team Leader for the ANZ region. Prior to this, Janelle worked at White Sky Music Pty Ltd as HR & Projects Manager and at Carlton & United Breweries in various capacities including Customer Contact Manager and Project Coordinator. Early career experience includes a position as Education Sales Representative at Billy Hyde Music. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business Management from the University of New England and diplomas in Human Resource Management and Primary Education from Polytechnic West and La Trobe University, respectively.
