Melanie Rogan

Melanie Rogan is an experienced change management professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Change Manager at Treasury Wine Estates since July 2021, Melanie previously held the position of Change & Communications Manager at Integrated Packaging from May 2020 to July 2021. Melanie's expertise in change management and training was further developed during tenure as Change & Training Consultant at ME Bank from January 2019 to March 2020. Prior to these roles, Melanie accumulated extensive experience at National Australia Bank, progressing through several positions from Credit Assessment Associate to Senior Consultant in Lender Development between May 2013 and December 2018.
