Rachel Ashley

Rachel Ashley has a robust background in viticulture and supply chain management within the wine industry, holding multiple leadership positions at Treasury Wine Estates since January 2005, including SVP of Supply Americas and SVP of Wine Production. Rachel has been instrumental in developing and executing programs aimed at enhancing technological advancements in vineyards and managing grower relationships to ensure the consistent quality of fruit for winemaking. Prior to this, Rachel served as Director of Technical Viticulture at Foster's Group. Academically, Rachel earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Viticulture and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons.) with a double major from the University of Adelaide.
