Rick Jones is a highly experienced wine industry professional with a robust background in consulting and winemaking. As the Owner of Richard S. Jones Wine Consulting since August 2014, Rick Jones specializes in assisting firms with a global vision entering the California wine market, leveraging effective collaborative skills and practical business sensibility. Currently serving as the Director of Winemaking-Product Innovation at Treasury Wine Estates since August 2012, Rick Jones oversees sensory services and new product development, achieving significant cost savings in production. Previously, Rick Jones co-founded Vinovation, Inc., where innovative systems for wine production were developed and marketed. Rick Jones holds a Master of Science in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis.
