Toby Sargant

Toby Sargant is an experienced professional with a strong background in demand planning, logistics, and continuous improvement across various companies in the wine and beverage industry. Currently serving as ANZ Demand Planning & Demand Control Manager at Treasury Wine Estates since May 2016, Toby has also held the position of ANZ Logistics and S&OP Manager. Previous experience includes roles as Global Demand Manager at Coles and Director at Brixforge, alongside managerial positions at Mars and Casella Wines, where responsibilities encompassed operations, demand planning, and project management. Toby's career began as Supply Chain Manager at Hunter's Wines (NZ) Ltd. Toby holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
