Steve Helmbrecht

Steve Helmbrecht has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 1993, they served as an Account Executive at SS&C Technologies before becoming a Senior Vice President, International from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at LineSoft Corporation, where they were responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and other functions. At Itron, Inc., they held multiple positions, including Vice President, International from 2002 to 2004 and EVP and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2014. During their time at Itron, they secured capital for growth and implemented Oracle as an ERP system. From 2015 to 2018, Steve served as the Chief Executive Officer at Lakeside Capital Group, overseeing a diverse pool of assets. In 2019, they became President and CFO at Stay Alfred before joining Rohinni as a Member of the Board of Managers. In the same year, they also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Washington Trust Bank. Most recently, Steve co-founded Treasury4 and holds the roles of President, CEO, and Co-Founder. Additionally, they are a Technical Advisory Board Member at Asignio.

Steve Helmbrecht attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1981 to 1985. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. In 1989, Steve briefly attended the University of Denver, where they completed a Master of Taxation program, specializing in Tax.
