Virginie Kolovos MCIM

Virginie Kolovos MCIM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Virginie has worked in various roles and positions in different organizations.

Starting in 1996, they joined YTKO as a Marketing Director, where they developed corporate marketing strategies and brand strategies for Outset and Enterprising Women. Virginie also served as an International Business Development Director, focused on export strategies, relationship development, and tender submissions.

In 2014, Virginie worked as a Freelance Marketing Strategy Consultant, providing international access to market and marketing strategy consultancy services. Virginie also advised tech SMEs participating in the "Young Entrepreneurship Programme" in the Hellenic Federation of Small Enterprise (SEV) EkinisiLAB City of Athens incubator.

From 2015 to 2020, they were a Partner and Director of Marketing and Business Development at Agily3 Limited. Here, they played a strategic role in marketing and business development activities.

In 2015, Virginie became a Board Director at Future Water Association, where they provided advice on innovation strategy and marketing.

Virginie joined the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) in 2015 as a European Innovation Council (EIC) - Business Innovation Coach. During their tenure, they worked on numerous coaching assignments supporting go-to-market strategies and distribution partnerships for upscaling SMEs.

From 2016 to 2022, Virginie held various roles at different organizations. Virginie served as a Business Coach at Scottish Enterprise, a Business Coach at BlueInvest, and an Associate at Carbon Limiting Technologies.

In 2019, they became a Business Innovation Coach, Mentor, and Consultant at dinami coaching. Their responsibilities included coaching leadership teams, planning and delivering co-creation workshops, and working as an Interim Account Director for net-zero solution providers.

Lastly, in 2022, Virginie joined TreaTech as a Business Development Consultant.

Throughout their career, Virginie has demonstrated expertise in business development, coaching, marketing, and innovation strategy. Their experience spans multiple industries and they have worked with clients and organizations in various countries.

Virginie Kolovos MCIM has a diverse education history spanning several years and fields of study. Virginie began their education at Lycee Georges Brassens from 1979 to 1988, earning a Baccalaureat B. In 1988, they attended Ecole Superieure du Commerce Exterieur and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business/Trade/Commerce.

In 1992, Virginie pursued further education at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Paris, where they obtained a certificate in Commercial Spanish, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. The same year, they became a CIM MCIM Member after completing the program at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Continuing their professional development, they attended the Cranfield School of Management in 2014 for International Business/Trade/Commerce studies. Furthermore, they completed the Digital Marketing Institute's Professional Diploma in Mobile Marketing in the same year.

In terms of certifications, Virginie attained the Marketing Strategy Masterclass certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1997. Virginie also earned the Marketing for High Technology Companies certification from the same institution in 1995. More recently, in 2020, they obtained a Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).

Additionally, Virginie holds several professional certifications. Virginie is a Full Member of EMCC FRANCE, having acquired this status in January 2022. Virginie also holds the title of OKR Coach from WorkBoard Inc., certified in September 2020. Virginie became an Associate Member of EMCC UK in January 2021. Finally, they achieved Full Membership status from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in January 1993.

Lastly, in 2017, Virginie obtained a first aid certificate (PCSI1) from Lycee franco hellenique.
