Lisa Dailey serves as the Executive Director at Treatment Advocacy Center since August 2015, after holding previous roles within the organization. Lisa also works as a Pro Bono Attorney at The Advocates for Human Rights since January 2010, representing refugees in asylum proceedings. Prior to these roles, Lisa worked as an Attorney at Libertas, specializing in public interest litigation, criminal defense, and dispute resolution. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Macalester College, a Juris Doctor in Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Master of Studies in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.

Treatment Advocacy Center is a national 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating barriers to the timely and effective treatment of severe mental illness (SMI). The organization promotes laws, policies, and practices for the delivery of psychiatric care and supports the development of innovative treatments for and research into the causes of severe and persistent psychiatric illnesses, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
