James Phillips, Jr.

James Phillips, Jr. has worked for a number of companies throughout their career. In 1998, they were the President of Whitney Johns & Company. From 2002 to 2011, they were the Vice President and CFO, as well as Corporate Development for XMi Holdings, Inc. During the same time period, they were also the Director of Stratasan. From 2011 to 2012, they were the President and CEO of XMI, and from 2012 to 2015, they were the Director of Gray Line of Tennessee. In 2015, they became the Director of Treatspace, and in 2018, they were appointed President of M.W. Incarnate Capital, Inc. and Director and Investor of Motivating Systems.

James Phillips, Jr. attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an MBA in Finance and Services Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Saint Joseph's University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a BA in Management and Psychology.
