Babette Norman has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1997, they enrolled at the University of the Witwatersrand and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in 2001. Following this, in 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Project Management at the same institution.
In 2006, Babette attended the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance, where they became a TPM Instructor for an unspecified period of time.
Later, in 2020, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from External Sites, specializing in Six Sigma methodologies.
Furthermore, Babette obtained a certification titled "How to Beat Burnout, Exhaustion, and Stress" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
