Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of GIS Data Services & Product Development at Gulf Energy Information, where a successful transition to a digital data subscription platform was led. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Information Technology at EOG Resources, where an enterprise GIS strategy was implemented, and developing the first Enterprise GIS for BP's North American Gas Division as a Senior Product Manager and Data Architect. Scott's career also includes experience as a GIS Specialist at Chevron. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas Tech University.
