Ciara McCormack

Ciara McCormack is a highly accomplished leader in women's football with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Ciara serves as the CEO and Co-Owner of Treaty United FC and as a Board Member for PFA Canada, the Canadian Division of FIFPRO. Ciara founded and leads TOPP Soccer, which assists elite high school athletes in securing athletic scholarships. As the CEO and Founder of girlsCAN Football, Ciara has dedicated efforts to empower female soccer players. Ciara established the Western Canada Soccer Showcase, enhancing opportunities for female athletes to connect with universities, and contributed to women's football media as International Editor for Our Game Magazine. Ciara's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in Gender Studies, Sport Management, Development, International Relations, and Comparative Education from prestigious institutions such as Yale University and the University of Connecticut.
