Jeremy Raulerson began their career in 2011 as a Helpdesk Professional at Technisource. In 2012, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Global Data and as a Web Team Intern at Carlisle Construction Materials. In 2013, they were promoted to Lead Helpdesk Technician at Carlisle Construction Materials, where they were responsible for assuring users were provided efficient and timely first and second level support on a 7x24 basis, managing Help Desk staff, and writing training manuals. In 2017, they became the Service Desk Manager at TreCom Systems Group, Inc.

Jeremy Raulerson began their education in 2009 at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, where they were pursuing an AS in Psychology. Jeremy did not complete this degree. In 2010, they attended McCann School of Business and Technology, earning an AS in Network Administration and Security. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Central Penn College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator.
