Currently serving as Senior Manager of Analytics at Tredence Inc., Casper previously held senior managerial roles at PetSmart and Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included designing promotion planning processes and leading pricing strategy initiatives. As Chief of Staff for the Pricing Team at Sears, Casper provided direct support to senior leadership. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes overseeing a startup with significant revenue, and earlier roles include valuable internships in mergers and acquisitions at KPMG and Shanghai Venture Capital.
