Francisca Godinho

Francisca Godinho has over 21 years of experience in the field of human resources. Francisca currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources, North America at Tredence Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Head of Human Resources at HCL Software from July 2019 to September 2022. In this role, they led the HR functions for sales, sales enablement, sales operations, and marketing teams across 33 countries. Francisca also held the position of HR Leader - HCL Software USA from August 2019 to May 2020. Before joining HCL Software, Francisca worked at Wipro Limited from January 2007 to July 2019 as a Global Human Resources Partner, gaining extensive experience in various HR roles. Francisca also has previous experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ocwen Financial Corporation from May 2003 to December 2006 and as an Executive - Human Resources at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) from May 2000 to April 2003.

Francisca Godinho, SPHR, SHRM SCP has a strong educational background in human resources and business administration. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Goa University, where they were also an elected member of the Student Council and a Women Council Leader. Francisca then pursued a Post Graduate diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, where they received a Gold Medalist and Best Research Award. Moving forward, they attended The Wharton School's CHRO program in Human Resources Management from 2022 to 2024. Francisca has also acquired several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2020 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2019. Additionally, they completed various programs at The Wharton School, such as Executive Presence and Influence, Corporate Governance, and Executive Compensation, along with obtaining the Certified HR Business Partner by LinkedIn certification in 2019 and Executive Coaching certification from LinkedIn.
