Kaustav Mukherjee

Kaustav Mukherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & Executive Client Partner at Tredence Inc. since April 2025, Kaustav previously held the position of Growth Leader for Banking and Capital Markets at EXL from March 2024 to April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Practice Leader - Capital Markets Risk at Capgemini, where responsibilities encompassed driving risk services and defining new offers. For nearly 17 years at Genpact, Kaustav held the title of Vice President, focusing on account and P&L strategy, risk analytics services, and risk data management. Early career roles include a consultant position at GE and a derivatives trader role at Bank of Baroda. Kaustav holds a MA in Economics from Jadavpur University and a PG Diploma in Banking & Finance from NIBM Pune, among other educational qualifications.
