Pratap Daruka

Pratap Daruka is the Chief Financial Officer at Tredence. He is responsible for the corporate strategy, investor relations, treasury, tax, financial reporting, and corporate development functions.

In addition to extensive expertise in Finance and Operations, Pratap has more than 16 years of experience in technology, consumer e-commerce, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. His primary ability lies in understanding complex business problems and then providing structured solutions, financial risk management, data-driven decision making, and execution-oriented methods. He has been instrumental in Finance Transformation, M&A, and Capital Management.

Before Tredence, he played a crucial role in driving profitable growth as Head of Finance for Wipro Capital Markets business. He is a start-up enthusiast and passionate about mentoring and helping start-ups in their financial strategy. His unique blend of experience in large and medium-sized companies has helped him gain a deep understanding of challenges that organizations face and solve them in innovative ways.
