Samanway Roy Bhowmik

Samanway Roy Bhowmik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samanway is currently employed at Tredence Inc. as the Lead for Global Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, and HR Special Projects since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Milkbasket as a Program Manager in HR from May 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they served as a Group Manager for Compensation Programs at WNS Global Services from January 2021 to May 2022. Samanway also has experience as an Executive HR in Talent Acquisition at Vedantu from August 2020 to November 2020. Samanway gained further experience as an HR Summer Intern at OYO in April 2019 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as an ICT Engineer at Aura Emanating Teknology Pvt. Ltd. from February 2017 to February 2018 and as a Senior Officer Engineering for Plant Utilities at Asian Paints from June 2015 to July 2016. Samanway also had a summer research internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in June 2012 to July 2012.

Samanway Roy Bhowmik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Samanway's education journey began with their schooling at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, where they studied Science with Economics from 2004 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also attained several certifications including Tableau Analyst from Tableau, LLC, Six Sigma Yellow Belt Specialization from the University System of Georgia, Excel Skills for Business Specialization from Macquarie University, and People Analytics from Wharton Online.
