Charlie Haines

Charlie Haines is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the service and distribution sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Tree Guardians since September 2023, Haines previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Horizon Services, LLC., from 2020 to April 2023, where a focus on customer satisfaction and quality drove significant revenue growth. Prior positions at Horizon Services included COO and Vice President of Sales & Operations, where Haines contributed to increasing revenue from $54 million to $124 million between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, Haines served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at US Supply from 2003 to 2010, concentrating on brand loyalty and company culture.
