Andrew Layte

Andrew Layte has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Andrew is currently working as the Assistant Director of Retail Operations at Tree House Brewing Company since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Retail Taproom Manager at the same company from January 2021 to May 2021.

Before joining Tree House Brewing Company, Andrew worked at Target for 16 years. Andrew held various positions, including Store Director from March 2010 to January 2021, Executive Team Leader Assets Protection from April 2009 to March 2010, Executive Team Leader Sales Floor from March 2007 to April 2009, and Executive Team Leader Guest Experience from June 2005 to March 2007. In these roles, they demonstrated effective leadership, talent acquisition, team development, and strategic oversight. Andrew also had a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, conducting investigations, and driving sales.

Andrew Layte attended Wachusett Regional High School from 1996 to 2000. Andrew then enrolled at Westfield State University from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. Andrew later transferred to Worcester State University, where they studied Psychology and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2002 to 2005.
