Julia Olson (Zhu)

Julia Olson (Zhu) has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they co-founded and became the owner of United Dumplings. From 2014 to 2020, they were the co-founder and owner of Treehut.co. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an Invention Development Manager at Intellectual Ventures. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Business Development Summer Associate at Applied Materials, Inc. in Santa Clara. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, they were a PostDoc Researcher at UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Julia Olson (Zhu) completed their MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biomedical Science from the National University of Singapore between 2001 and 2004.
