Krish N. Singh, MBA has over 20 years of experience in various management roles in the manufacturing industry. Krish N. began their career at Tree Island Steel in 1999 as a Machine Operator, operating various types of machinery to manufacture carbon steel products for the construction industry. Over the years, they worked their way up to Production Lead and Production Supervisor before becoming a Production Manager, where they were responsible for plant manufacturing and overseeing all aspects of production for stainless steel and specialty alloys.

In 2008, Krish joined TreeIsland Industries Ltd as an Operations Department Manager, managing manufacturing and production for the division's stainless steel and specialty OEM business. Krish N. later became an Operations Manager at Industrial Alloys, a division of TI Wire USA Inc, where they specialized in stainless and industrial OEM application steel wire products.

Krish's leadership and expertise in operations management led him to become an Adjunct Professor at the University of La Verne in 2018, where they teach Operations Management to students. In their role, they cover various topics such as process and quality management, lean manufacturing, supply chain issues, inventory management, and logistics/distribution networks.

Most recently, Krish served as Senior Director of Operations at Tree Island Steel, overseeing operations teams in Richmond, BC, Calgary, AB, and San Bernardino, CA. Krish N. provided management and leadership to ensure the successful oversight of all aspects of operations, with a core focus on sustained profitable business growth. Krish has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth throughout their career.

Krish N. Singh, MBA has an extensive education history. In 1994-1998, Singh attended Vunimono High in the Fiji Islands, where they completed the University Foundation Level in Agricultural Science. Krish N. then furthered their education at Chaffey College from 2004 to 2008, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

Singh continued their studies at the University of La Verne from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Management & Leadership at the same university.

Aside from higher education, Singh also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Krish N. completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Furthermore, they received training from the IVES Training Group as a Certified Trainer in Industrial Forklift operation. Singh also became a Certified SafeStart Trainer through SafeStart and attended the AfterBurner Flawless Execution Process Professional program.

To supplement their knowledge, Singh attended specialized courses. Krish N. participated in a program on Stainless Steel offered by ASM International in Cleveland, Ohio. Additionally, they pursued training in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at the University of La Verne.

Singh's commitment to continuous learning is demonstrated by their acquisition of various certifications. Krish N. obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (LSSBB) designation from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2020. In the same year, they also achieved the Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB) designation from the International Six Sigma Institute™. In 2019, Singh acquired the Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt Professional (CSSYB) designation from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications. Moreover, they completed the Accelerated Leadership Program from Graceland University in 2022 and earned the Project Manager certification from the International Six Sigma Institute™. Most recently, in 2023, Singh obtained the Root Cause Analysis certification from Kepner-Tregoe.
