Gerald Sims

Gerald Sims is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and operations, currently serving as Ski Patrol at Sundance Mountain Resort since November 2023. Prior to this, Gerald held the role of Director of Customer Success and General Manager at Uno Health, focusing on scaling and operational performance in Salt Lake City. Gerald's experience also includes leading customer experience at Street Smarts VR and multiple management roles at Qualtrics. An MBA intern at Google, Gerald contributed to the redesign of the Small Business Supplier Diversity program. Gerald served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, overseeing a company-sized force, and has held positions in financial analysis and entrepreneurial fellowship. Academic credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's in Management, Finance, and Marketing from Purdue University.
