Cris West-Hales

Cris West-Hales has a diverse work experience in the agricultural and produce industry. Cris served as the Vice President of Fruit Procurement & Grower Services at Tree Top, Inc., where they provided leadership and supervision to the department. Cris also worked at ENZA Ltd as a National Supply Manager, managing grower relationships and directing the national supply team. Additionally, they held the role of Business Development Manager - Raw Supply at Eurofresh Farms, where they were responsible for developing contracts with growers and coordinating grower volumes with the sales department. Cris West-Hales also has experience in grower development, as seen in their role as Grower Development Manager at Frieda's Specialty Produce. Cris has served on boards and executive committees, including the Northwest Agricultural Cooperative Council and Northwest Harvest. Cris'swork experience showcases their expertise in managing grower relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing leadership in the agricultural industry.
