Partha Sarathi Dey

Partha Sarathi Dey has a diverse range of work experience. Partha Sarathi started their career in 2012 as a Business Development Manager at ICS India- International Courses School, where they focused on developing the brand through various marketing strategies. Partha Sarathi then moved on to Adbureau India as a Relationship Manager, working with top advertising companies and leading MNCs. In 2013, they joined Indiabulls as a Relationship Manager, where they excelled in lead generation and real estate market analysis. Partha Sarathi later became a Manager - Sales, responsible for lead generation, deal negotiation, and market analysis. In 2015, they took on the role of Business Development Manager- Corporate Sales at Housing.com. The following year, Partha joined ii5 as a Senior Business Ambassador, and then moved to FabHotels, where they held various roles including City Manager, Lead- Business Development, and finally Hub Head. In these positions, they focused on P&L efforts, hotel acquisitions, team management, and market study. Partha Sarathi Dey also worked at LEAD School as part of the School Partnership team. Currently, they hold the position of Growth Head - Business Development at Treebo Hotels, where they are responsible for driving business growth.

Partha Sarathi Dey began their education at New Garden Bahai School in the year 1995 and completed their elementary/primary schooling there in 2001. Partha Sarathi then moved on to Udaipur English Medium HS School, where they completed their matriculation from 2001 to 2007.

After completing their high school education, Partha pursued a higher secondary education at Shishu Bihar HS School from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they studied subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English.

In 2010, Partha began their post-secondary education at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. Partha Sarathi pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing & HR. Additionally, they undertook a super specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Partha completed their MBA program in 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Partha obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma in September 2012.
