Richard Templer

Richard Templer currently serves as a Board Advisor at Treeconomy and holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Climate Innovation at Imperial College London. As a co-founder of Undaunted, Richard supports climate innovators in developing sustainable businesses that address greenhouse gas emissions and environmental challenges. Richard is also an adviser to Zero Carbon Capital Limited, aiding early-stage companies focused on scientific solutions for climate change, and is a member of the International Advisory Board for Innovation Fund Denmark, which promotes green research initiatives. Additional roles include serving as Sustainable Development Commissioner for the Greater London Authority and jury member for both SPRIND and the Helmholtz Association, contributing to funding decisions for climate innovations. Richard's educational background includes a D.Phil. in Natural Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol.
