Jasmine Hansen

Jasmine Hansen, PhD, is a Geospatial Engineer at Treefera since June 2025, with prior experience as Lead Geospatial Scientist at Catona Climate, where strategic leadership in climate change risk and vulnerability data pipeline development was emphasized. Jasmine's tenure at NASA as a NASA FINESST Fellow involved leading projects assessing Earth's surface changes in the Arctic through advanced data techniques. Notable research includes managing projects on crustal change in West Antarctica at the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences and implementing innovative workflows using Python and HPC. Education includes a PhD in Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology from the University of St Andrews.
