David Kovar

David Kovar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) sector and emergency management. Since 2018, Kovar has served as the Founder and CEO of URSA, focusing on UAV forensics and operational data analysis. Kovar also holds positions as Management Analyst for the Delaware Emergency Management Agency, Advisory Board Member at DRONERESPONDERS, and Member at Treehouse Boston. Previously, Kovar founded Kovar & Associates and served as Director of Advocacy for the National Association for Search and Rescue. With a background in cyber security and digital forensics at Ernst & Young and significant contributions to various non-profit organizations, Kovar has established a reputation as a thought leader in the field. Kovar holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
