William O'Brien

William O'Brien is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business litigation and intellectual property rights. Since June 2002, O'Brien has served as Principal at OBrien Global Law, providing counsel to small and mid-sized corporations both domestically and internationally. O'Brien is also a member of Treehouse Boston, an organization that fosters meaningful community engagement. Academically, O'Brien has contributed as an adjunct professor at Nichols College and Babson College, teaching various courses in business law and international business. Previous roles include General Counsel at Plaut Consulting Inc. and Corporate Counsel at Quantum Corporation, alongside serving as a Senior Associate at Walter Conston Alexander & Green.
