Ed Sondag

Ed Sondag has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the food industry. Ed began their career at ConAgra Foods in various accounting positions, including Accounting Supervisor and Accountant. Ed then moved on to roles such as Senior Operations Analyst and Senior Cost Analyst. Sondag later became the Plant Controller for a meat processing plant, overseeing fiduciary responsibilities and product costing. Ed then transitioned to the role of Operations Finance Manager, coordinating supplier logistics and leading key performance indicator reviews for multiple frozen food plants. Sondag's next role at ConAgra was Manager Purchasing, where they handled financial analysis and forecasting, as well as direct purchasing responsibilities. Their final role at ConAgra was as a Business SME, collaborating on the design and implementation of SAP supply chain functionality. Currently, Sondag works as a Lead Enterprise Application Analyst at TreeHouse Foods.

Ed Sondag obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Iowa Western Community College, which they attended from 1978 to 1980. Ed then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University, from 1980 to 1982. Later, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Creighton University, which they attended from 1988 to 1991.

In addition, Ed Sondag earned the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy in October 1988.
