Jim O'Rourke

Jim O'Rourke has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Jim currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at TreeHouse Foods. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of JMO Advisory Services, where they provided boutique consulting services in strategic sourcing, supply chain improvements, and strategic relationship management. Jim also offered M&A pro-forma/synergy assessments in the F&B space.

Before that, O'Rourke was the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Motif FoodWorks, Inc., where they provided functional and strategic leadership on all supply chain-related topics. Jim developed and managed supply chain processes and systems to support the commercialization strategy.

Jim'sprevious roles include Chief Procurement Officer at Vanguard, where they led a team and managed procurement supplier lifecycle strategy, and Chief Procurement Officer/Senior Vice President at Conagra Brands, where they oversaw a large team and managed a significant budget across various spend categories.

Prior to their corporate career, O'Rourke served as a Captain in the US Army, working as an Airborne Combat Engineer. During their time in the Army, they held various leadership roles and gained expertise in logistics, construction, and project management.
