Joe Hoffmann has extensive experience in finance and trade management within the food industry. As a Senior Finance Manager at TreeHouse Foods since February 2016, Joe leads the development and implementation of standard trade policies and oversees trade spend planning while utilizing data analysis to enhance return on investment. Prior to this role, Joe served as a Manager Finance for the Private Brands Pasta team at ConAgra Foods, where responsibilities included managing trade and advertising spending accruals. Joe's career began at CROSSMARK, progressing from Account Administrator to various finance-related roles at Ralcorp Food Group, where responsibilities included financial planning and analysis. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Kansas State University.
