The Human Resources and People Operations team at TreeHouse Hope is responsible for fostering a supportive and inspiring work environment that aligns with the company's mission. Led by a Director of Human Resources, the team includes a Training Manager who develops and implements staff training programs that ensure all team members can support teens effectively, and a Payroll Specialist who manages employee compensation, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Together, they ensure that the organization’s staff feels valued, equipped, and motivated to help teens realize their worth and potential.
