Joel Melby

Joel Melby is currently working as the Associate Director, Scientific Data Engineering at Treeline Biosciences. Previously, Joel held a position as a Life Sciences Business / Data Analyst at TetraScience and as a Data Strategy and Design Expert at GSK. With a background in chemistry, Joel has also conducted research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Cincinnati, and The University of Kansas. Joel has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Evansville. Throughout Joel's career, they have focused on data management, analytics, and project management within the field of life sciences.
