Scientific Computing Engineer at Treeline Biosciences

Kyle Morrison has work experience as a Scientific Computing Engineer at Treeline Biosciences starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from May 2014 to May 2017. During their time at the university, they worked in both the Maehr Lab and the Wolfe Lab, studying CRISPR/Cas systems as tools for gene regulation in mammalian systems. Kyle gained experience with various molecular biology techniques, including PCR, Restriction Cloning, and E. coli culture. By their final year, they were able to independently design experiments and PCR primers.

Kyle Morrison received their high school diploma from York High School in the years 2009 to 2013. Following that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2013 and 2017. Kyle then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Microbiology and Immunology at Dartmouth College from 2017 to 2021.
